Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letter Services & Pricing
All ESA letters are provided by a licensed clinical psychologist following a formal mental health evaluation to determine eligibility in accordance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and applicable state laws.
What’s Included:
- Clinical intake and symptom review
- Mental health evaluation & Diagnosis (if applicable) and ESA letter issued on official letterhead
- Optional follow-up support for landlord verification
Note: there is no separate fee for the consultation—the total cost covers both the interview and the letter.
ESA Letter Options:
- Initial ESA Letter – Housing Only: Includes evaluation and letter for housing accommodations under the FHA. - $149
- Initial ESA Letter – Housing + Travel: Includes letter addressing both housing and limited travel needs (if applicable). - $179
- Annual ESA Letter Renewal: For returning clients needing annual documentation. Includes brief re-evaluation. - $99
- Add-on Letter for Second Animal: Adds a second animal to the same letter, if clinically appropriate. - $35
- Revision or Reissue (within 12 months): For landlord name changes, updated address, or reprint requests. - $25
Optional Add-on - Expedited Processing (48 Hours): Receive your ESA letter within 48 business hours of completing your evaluation. Expedited service applies to processing time only. All clinical criteria and evaluation steps must still be completed. - $50
